Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for service delivery to ensure client objectives are met
• Manage project schedules, budgets, general contractors, and vendors
• Review construction work, assess work-in-place, and approve capital expenditure
• Lead client meetings and manage stakeholder relationships locally and globally
• Manage risks, control risk registers, and conduct risk workshops
• Monitor construction costs and issue regular reports to clients
• Perform field quality control and validate civil works
• Support design management and identify construction method opportunities
• Manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slips
• Oversee the transfer of building operations to the client, including close-out documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager
• Sector experience in corporate occupier, retail, or real estate
• Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status
• Proficiency in English and Spanish at a working level
• Mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Experience in commissioning

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of BIM
