Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain members
• Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule delays
• Support project governance, processes, and systems implementation
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design standards
• Coordinate with suppliers and consultants through regular reporting and meetings
• Manage project information flow through consistent communication
• Support cost control, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Review project documentation including drawings, timelines, and cost estimates
• Assist in client relationship management and business development efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management or consulting
• Experience working in the California Bay Area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore
• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial tenant improvement or healthcare construction projects
• Membership in relevant professional organizations
