Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects and programmes across the full project lifecycle
• Deliver to client objectives through effective contract and financial management
• Lead and develop project teams in challenging or ambiguous environments
• Manage stakeholders and build long-term trusted advisor relationships
• Solve complex problems and shape them into workable delivery solutions
• Manage multiple work streams and communicate effectively with senior client representatives
• Oversee health, safety, quality, and environmental management

Requirements

• Significant experience in infrastructure project or programme management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate others
• Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation infrastructure project management
• Experience with procurement and managing NEC contracts
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and advisors
• Experience in consultancy or client-side project management
• Degree or HND in management, construction, or infrastructure-related subject
• Professional affiliation with APM, ICE, or similar institutions
• Project management certification (APM, PRINCE2, or MSP)
• NEC PM Accreditations
