Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of projects from planning and design through to successful completion and commissioning
• Oversee project delivery regarding schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract, and risk
• Develop the Project Execution Plan aligned with standards and methods
• Lead project coordination and manage interfaces throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate and manage design consultants and external service providers
• Maintain the project risk register and manage the change control process
• Manage the compensation event process and assess payments
• Report monthly on project tasks and construction works

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in Construction or Infrastructure sectors
• Experience with rail or similar large-scale/complex projects
• Experience operating on-site
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of NEC or FIDIC suites of contracts
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera 6 scheduling system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in Project Management or an Engineering discipline
• Professional memberships (RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent)
• PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
