Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop delivery plans across multiple teams and third-party suppliers
• Track key dependencies, milestones, and capacity constraints
• Manage project artefacts and ensure compliance with the Change Delivery Framework
• Oversee project budgets, financial forecasting, and spend tracking
• Manage third-party commercial commitments and engagement
• Mentor colleagues and drive performance through coaching
• Lead the go-live acceptance process and secure necessary approvals

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager in change, governance, and compliance
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Background in financial services
• Experience with regulatory change and the financial services regulatory environment
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps
