Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of technology transfers (TT), site switches, scale-ups, and validation processes.
• Create comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, costs, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects adhere to agreed-upon budgets, scopes, and Teva’s compliance and operational standards.
• Drive seamless integration across R&D, MS&T, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and the CMO network.
• Manage program execution to ensure supply readiness and quality at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs/CDMOs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in pharma operations, external manufacturing, MS&T, or project management.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects within GMP environments.
• Strong knowledge of technology transfer, validation, and regulatory expectations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, Engineering, or Regulatory degree.
• Experience with OSD, LCO, sterile/aseptic operations, or complex generics.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean/Six Sigma, or PgMP certification.
• Direct experience working with CMOs or CDMOs.
