Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver partnership roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, field ops, legal, and marketing
• Serve as the primary operational contact for external utility partners and facilitate governance reviews
• Identify and resolve partnership risks, issues, and bottlenecks to protect delivery timelines
• Manage project tools, communication, and executive reporting regarding progress and decisions
• Track partnership KPIs and escalate blockers with recommended solutions
• Lead end-to-end execution of utility partnership pilots and go-to-market activities
• Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability for the SmartEnergy platform

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Proven experience in B2B partnership or strategic alliance delivery
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with program roadmaps, project management tools, and executive reporting
• Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy, smart home, utilities, or cleantech sectors
• Familiarity with B2B platform integration, APIs, or IoT ecosystems
• PMP certification
• Bilingualism (English/French)
• Experience working within regulated industries or the public sector
