Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, high-value technology projects
• Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations and stakeholder management
• Enforce rigorous financial tracking (P&L) and RAID management
• Provide direct line management, mentorship, and coaching to a team of Project Managers
• Review and challenge project plans and status reports to ensure quality assurance
• Manage team capacity and resource utilization

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing complex technology projects
• Proven experience in direct line management of Project Managers
• Experience delivering projects within an Enterprise Service or Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
• Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure (EUC, Networking, Hosting, Cyber Security)
• Track record of managing multi-million-pound projects in a consultancy or service provider setting
• Practitioner-level knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, or APM
• Mandatory certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) certification
• Advanced Agile or Scrum certifications
• Relevant university degree
