Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Cloud and Infrastructure projects across Azure, hybrid, and on-premises environments
• Act as the primary liaison for senior client stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs
• Lead matrixed teams of engineers, architects, and SMEs to ensure predictable, governance-led delivery
• Own full financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and margin protection
• Manage project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and oversee service transitions to Managed Services
• Mentor and coach Project Managers to uplift delivery capability and maturity

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering technology programmes within IT managed services or cloud/infrastructure environments
• Experience managing complex, multi-stream Cloud and Infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial management and financial accountability skills
• Demonstrated experience managing senior customer stakeholders
• Professional qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, or MSP
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Eligibility for SC clearance and NPPV3

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL awareness, specifically regarding Service Transition
