Senior Project Manager - Technology Infrastructure Lead

Responsibilities

• Participate in project initiation and planning to identify technology scope and infrastructure requirements
• Review architectural, electrical, telecommunications, and low-voltage design documents
• Coordinate technical review comments between SMEs and design consultants
• Review RFIs, submittals, and field changes for technology impacts
• Support technology cutovers, testing, commissioning, and implementation sequencing
• Coordinate collection of as-built drawings, testing results, and turnover documentation
• Maintain technology-related issue logs and provide project status updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Construction Management, or Computer Science
• 7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure or systems integration
• Experience supporting design and construction projects involving technology infrastructure
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technology design documents
• Working knowledge of network infrastructure, fiber optics, and low-voltage systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, transportation, healthcare, or mission-critical facilities
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit
• PMP, BICSI, ITIL, CCNA, or CCNP certifications
