Senior Project Manager, Talent Development

Responsibilities

• Own and lead global leadership development programs for over 300 operational leaders across 10+ countries, managing end-to-end execution from needs analysis to measurable business impact.
• Shape and draft leadership development strategies and roadmaps, framing tradeoffs and expected business outcomes.
• Propose and lead strategic initiatives that align with broader Customer Experience Group (CEG) and Agoda priorities.
• Innovate learning experiences by leveraging digital learning libraries and GenAI to drive scalable programs and enhance the coaching ecosystem.
• Analyze data, including coaching adherence and operational performance metrics, to identify capability gaps and drive program effectiveness.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, including the CEG Senior Leadership Team, to drive alignment through evidence-based decision making.
• Drive change management across operational leadership teams to ensure sustainable adoption of new frameworks and processes.
• Mentor team members on strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and execution discipline.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in people development, organizational effectiveness, or business transformation.
• Proven experience architecting scalable learning interventions, such as competency models, structured learning journeys, or coaching ecosystems.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link organizational dynamics to measurable business impact.
• Advanced data analysis skills and the ability to translate operational insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder landscapes and influence senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Management Consulting, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development roles.
• Experience leading performance improvement initiatives with a focus on coaching effectiveness.
• Experience in mentoring or leading teams.
