Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for projects involving HVAC systems, facility infrastructure, and operational readiness
• Lead HVAC project execution across pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory areas
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee cleanroom implementation including airflow design and environmental control strategies
• Drive HVAC startup, commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and validation activities
• Manage contractors, vendors, and field execution through project completion
• Coordinate change controls, deviations, and CAPAs within quality systems
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and coordinators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field
• 10–15 years of experience in GMP regulated environments (biotech, pharma, or medical device)
• Extensive experience with HVAC systems, cleanroom environments, and facility utilities
• Proven experience with CQV lifecycle activities and commissioning/qualification
• Familiarity with BMS/EMS systems and HVAC control strategies
• Experience with GMP documentation, change control, and validation packages

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• PMP certification
• Experience with KNEAT or digital validation platforms
