Senior Project Manager (Sustainability)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single client point of contact for sustainability and environmental protection
• Define, deliver, and ensure compliance of project KPIs and targets (energy, carbon, water, waste, and green building accreditations)
• Support the development of project-specific Sustainability Delivery Plans (SDP)
• Review Contractor responses to ensure sustainability requirements are met
• Manage all sustainability aspects including facility design, operational/embodied carbon, water, waste, and energy
• Facilitate stage reviews of the Global Engineering Sustainability Checklist
• Lead Sustainability Target Assurance Reviews and support verification analysis for LEED/BREEAM
• Gather data for client KPI tracking dashboards across all project stages

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in sustainability or environmental protection within construction or engineering projects
• Deep understanding of BREEAM, LEED, and carbon/energy/water/waste tracking
• Familiarity with operational/embodied carbon analysis and energy modeling
• Proficiency in English
