Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading 2–3 large programs simultaneously for government and corporate clients
• Managing senior client relationships at ministry and executive level
• Building PMO structures, governance frameworks, and reporting systems
• Coordinating internal teams and external subcontractors toward shared milestones
• Producing executive-level reports and stakeholder communications
• Mentoring junior project managers and setting delivery standards
• Using AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and team productivity

Requirements

• 5–9 years of project management experience, preferably on government or corporate programs in Saudi Arabia
• Demonstrated experience leading programs independently from brief to delivery
• Strong client relationship skills with experience presenting to senior officials
• Exceptional communication in Arabic and English
• Structured problem-solver
• Active AI tool user
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent is a plus
