Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 large programs simultaneously for government and corporate clients from brief to completion
• Manage senior client relationships at the ministry and executive levels
• Build PMO structures, governance frameworks, and reporting systems
• Coordinate internal teams and external subcontractors toward shared milestones
• Produce executive-level reports and stakeholder communications
• Mentor junior project managers and set delivery standards
• Utilize AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and team productivity

Requirements

• 5–9 years of project management experience, preferably leading government or corporate programs in Saudi Arabia
• Proven experience leading programs independently from inception to delivery
• Strong client relationship skills with comfort presenting to senior officials and executives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Structured problem-solving abilities
• Active user of AI tools in a daily professional workflow
• Hands-on work ethic with a track record of direct execution
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent is a plus
