Senior Project Manager, Social Media

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with social media leadership to implement strategy and multimedia storytelling
• Write and publish engaging social media posts maintaining brand voice
• Create content plans including video and graphics for various channels
• Develop social media toolkits for stakeholders to support key announcements
• Manage social media advertising campaigns including budget, targeting, and tracking
• Conduct A/B testing on ad campaigns to optimize performance
• Monitor social media channels and provide actionable insights from performance data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management
• Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of social media work
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools
• Proficiency with digital multi-media tools like Canva and video creation software
• Must be a New York City resident within 180 days of hire
• Portfolio submission is required
