Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive new service opportunities by working with customers and internal stakeholders
• Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements
• Own and manage operational relationships with assigned clients, including relationship roadmaps
• Manage key client projects by communicating status, issues, risks, and goals to stakeholders
• Support sales pursuits by scoping projects, estimating work, and creating delivery proposals
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products
• Resolve customer-specific project challenges and own escalations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role or similar managing complex technical implementations
• Proven track record of delivering on Professional Services revenue targets
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Cloud fields
• Ability to discuss AI/ML model lifecycles, including Gen AI and ML architecture trade-offs
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Ability to translate complex requirements across design, engineering, and business development teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a client support or advisory technical role such as Solution Architect, System Administrator, or Technical Account Manager
