Senior Project Manager & Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site lead responsible for overall contract execution, mission continuity, and daily operations
• Manage staffing, workload prioritization, task assignment, and performance tracking for all contract personnel
• Act as the primary point of contact and liaison with government stakeholders, including the COR
• Oversee all DIACAP and Risk Management Framework (RMF) certification activities
• Direct enterprise network and cybersecurity operations ensuring adherence to SLAs and DoD policies
• Support process improvement and standardization efforts
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership and technical staff
• Prepare and deliver reports, metrics, and documentation to government stakeholders

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance
• Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT program management and enterprise operations leadership
• Understanding of DoD acquisition, CHESS purchasing, MPLS, and DISA circuit management
• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Six Sigma or ITIL certification
• Proven success in acquiring DIACAP Authorization to Operate (ATO)
• Prior management experience supporting USARPAC and/or USARC environments
