Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned clients and construction projects from preconstruction planning through closeout
• Provide senior leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and mentorship
• Serve as the primary client liaison to cultivate long-term relationships
• Develop and implement comprehensive Project Execution Plans, including scope, schedules, and risk assessments
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial reports to maintain profitability
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks
• Lead procurement strategies, including subcontractor selection and material sourcing
• Champion and enforce jobsite safety programs and OSHA standards
• Mentor and develop project team members
• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
• Advanced ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification required or attainable
• Ability to navigate active construction sites and work in various weather conditions
