Senior Project Manager (Security MEP)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security technology projects across multiple APAC locations
• Manage planning, approvals, execution, testing, and final handover of projects
• Drive regional initiatives such as system upgrades, technology refreshes, and new security deployments
• Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders including Security, IT, Business, and Risk teams
• Oversee deployment and integration of security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and intrusion detection
• Manage regional vendors and system integrators across multiple countries
• Work closely with IT and engineering teams to align infrastructure and network readiness

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery role
• Background in project, construction, facilities, or technology environments preferred
• Experience working in corporate office or multi-site environments
• Strong working knowledge of project management and delivery practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
