Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive planning, execution, and completion of large-scale heavy-highway and heavy-civil construction projects
• Utilize Oracle P6 Scheduling Software for complex project scheduling and resource management
• Facilitate high-level communication among project teams, clients, and key stakeholders
• Create strategic presentations and detailed reports using Microsoft Office Applications
• Oversee development and maintenance of thorough project documentation
• Employ Microsoft Power BI for sophisticated data analysis and strategic decision-making
• Manage relationships with clients, government agencies, and subcontractors
• Direct budget development and financial management using Excel and Viewpoint Vista ERP
• Implement advanced cost-control strategies to ensure project profitability
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
• Utilize Autodesk AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation for design compliance and quality assurance
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts to address complex project challenges
• Provide visionary leadership and foster professional growth within project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in senior project management within heavy-highway or heavy-civil construction
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle P6, Viewpoint Vista ERP, and Autodesk AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar construction projects
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills
• Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and navigate complex construction sites
• Willingness to travel as needed for project oversight
