Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion to ensure efficient delivery of complex professional services.
• Deliver high-quality projects while maintaining project financials, governance, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and validated statements of work (SOW).
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leading project meetings, executive reviews, and steering committees.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements across the EMEA region.
• Proactively manage project risks, customer escalations, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure accurate delivery of quarterly forecast reports regarding services revenue.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven background in Professional Services, Consulting, Systems Integration, or Enterprise Software.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the EMEA region.
• Ability to travel across major European countries on short notice without requiring employer-sponsored visa applications for routine business travel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Experience with RSA products.
• Understanding of cloud-based services, SaaS platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
