Senior Project Manager - Roadway

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex roadway and transportation engineering projects from planning through delivery
• Oversee project scope, schedule, fee, quality, and financial performance
• Coordinate design tasks, submittals, constructability reviews, and peer reviews
• Communicate with clients, subconsultants, contractors, internal teams, and agencies
• Support contract negotiation, invoicing, collections, and project reporting
• Drive business development, proposal efforts, and client relationship management
• Mentor team members and support recruiting, onboarding, and training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 15+ years of related work experience
• Previous project management experience on similar projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving as Engineer of Record
• Strong background in roadway or transportation infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead pursuits
