Senior Project Manager - Roadway

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex roadway and transportation engineering projects from planning through delivery
• Oversee project scope, schedule, fee, quality, and financial performance
• Manage design tasks, calculations, plans, submittals, and constructability reviews
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, contractors, internal teams, and government agencies
• Support contract negotiation, invoicing, project reporting, and collections
• Drive proposal development, business development, and client relationship management
• Mentor team members and support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 15+ years of related work experience
• Previous project management experience on similar projects
• Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills
