Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive delivery of complex SaaS implementation projects, including scoping, configuration, integration, and go-live phases.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, risk registers, and financial forecasts.
• Manage multiple enterprise-level customer projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Act as the primary customer contact, facilitating workshops, status meetings, and executive briefings.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies while managing change requests.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical Services, and Support teams on solution design and testing readiness.
• Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and burn rate analysis.
• Support Sales in pre-sales activities through scoping, estimating, and deployment planning.
• Travel approximately 25% to customer sites or company offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing SaaS customer-facing implementations.
• PMP Certification.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale projects with multiple workstreams and complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries or healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, and resource management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
• Background in complex integrations or third-party vendor management.
