Senior Project Manager - Rail and Roads

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of rail, roadway, and bridge infrastructure projects supporting the Entertainment Resort Complex.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, statutory requirements, and the Special Development Order (SDO).
• Coordinate with local authorities, statutory bodies, and transport agencies to secure necessary approvals, permits, and licenses.
• Oversee the integration of construction activities for third-party developments, including rail stations and supporting infrastructure.
• Manage project governance, including budgets, schedules, procurement, risk management, change control, and technical submittals.
• Monitor project progress against key milestones and provide detailed reporting to upper management.
• Oversee project safety and ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the delivery of infrastructure construction projects through both design and construction phases.
• Deep knowledge of roadway, rail development, and roadway structures.
• Experience working with statutory bodies and understanding road and rail licensing requirements.
• Ability to interpret and understand complex design and construction drawings.
• Strong expertise in project management governance, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience in the "hands-on" management of field operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Power BI, Teams, and Power Apps.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam or equivalent PDF software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PMWeb is a plus.
