Senior Project Manager, Project & Development Services

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution by developing and maintaining master project budgets and timelines to ensure client objectives are met.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed project reports and drawing reviews across all phases, including conceptual, design development, and construction.
• Oversee the selection, contracting, and management of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, providing strategic counsel to Account and Portfolio Managers.
• Participate in the marketing and presentation of services to prospective clients.
• Supervise and develop the performance of Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators.
• Ensure all project activities comply with government laws, regulations, and established rulings.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience, specifically in leading and developing employees.
• Proven experience working with Class A Office properties.
