Senior Project Manager - Process Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead investment and improvement projects from the initial idea phase through to handover to production
• Develop technical concepts, prepare requirement specifications, and manage technical documentation
• Ensure all projects comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Train production staff on new processes and support the sustainable implementation of best practices
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to meet production targets
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's Operational Excellence Strategy
• Identify and transfer best practices to international production sites

Requirements

• Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in engineering or project management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working within dynamic or rapidly growing organizations
• Business fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%
• Strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands-on mentality
