Senior Project Manager, PMO

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multi-departmental projects to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Manage critical path dependencies and proactively identify bottlenecks to protect project timelines and scope.
• Design and implement refined internal workflows to optimize cross-departmental collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement AI tools and workflow automations to reduce administrative overhead and increase delivery velocity.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance.
• Leverage AI-powered documentation tools to maintain a single Source of Truth for all project stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional meetings, delivering actionable updates to executive leadership.
• Utilize data and AI-assisted analytics to track cycle times and surface patterns for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Notion or Monday.com.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Notion AI, Monday.com AI) to automate tasks and increase output.
• Exposure to M&A integration or organizational change management projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate ambiguity in shifting environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality technology industry or B2B SaaS environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, MSP, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-assisted workflow automations in a project or operations context.
