Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance of technological systems and equipment during shutdowns within the MOL Group business units.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of complex and strategic CAPEX, maintenance, or construction projects.
• Plan and direct related work orders, ensuring timely, high-quality planning and optimal cost solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in activities related to reconstructions, development, construction, and commissioning of new facilities.
• Provide technical support for service and material procurement processes.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Electrical Engineering or IT Engineering.
• General knowledge of control systems, process control, instruments, and industrial communication protocols (deep knowledge in at least two areas is required).
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Category B driver's license.
• Proficient user of MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in control technology within the oil industry.
• Certification as an operator or technical leader for explosion-proof electrical equipment.
• Hands-on experience or training in PLC, SCADA, or DCS systems.
• Knowledge of drive technology and frequency converters.
• Experience with IT networks and servers.
