Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with brand and category leads to scope, plan, and manage integrated projects and programs
• Manage long-term experience roadmaps, quarterly demand, and detailed content calendars
• Draft key milestones and project plans outlining detailed deliverables and timings
• Manage senior-level client stakeholders and coordinate communication across all project teams
• Enforce agency core processes and internal Quality Assurance (QA) standards
• Manage project budgets, staffing resources, and scope-creep to avoid cost overages
• Maintain up-to-date project information and reporting in tools like Workfront and JIRA
• Identify and track project risks, developing contingency plans via a Risk Register
• Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in program, project, or account management within a client-facing industry
• Formal certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile/ACP, Scrum, PgMP, or CAPM)
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns in verticals such as Brand Development, Digital/Social, or Content Marketing
• Proven track record in senior client relationship management
• Experience in both digital and traditional production
• Strong understanding of agency operations, including finance and commercial processes
• Demonstrated risk assessment, mitigation, and management skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
