About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to closure, including planning, documentation, and process workflows.
  • Supervise and manage highly complex projects involving large numbers of deliverables and significant resource dependencies.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including activity definition, task sequencing, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior executive sponsors, partners, and vendors to define project scope and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential risks and recommending solutions to stabilize projects.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress through regular status reports to key stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of project "health-checks" and "Go-Live" readiness assessments.
  • Design and deliver training and coaching resources regarding standard project management methodologies.
  • Analyze project team performance using metrics, audits, and data-driven indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • PMP Certification (Formal training in project management required).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing projects of various sizes and complexities.
  • Must have been with NFI for at least 1 year.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% depending on the project.
