Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover of development parcels outside the core Theme Park.
• Manage relationships with third-party developers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Universal's project objectives.
• Oversee construction logistics across development parcels and supporting infrastructure, including roads, rail, and utilities.
• Manage project governance processes, including contract administration, change management, risk mitigation, and project documentation.
• Develop, manage, and report on project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards and oversee overall project safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the delivery of construction projects through both design and construction phases.
• Experience working directly with third-party developers.
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery methods and construction logistics.
• Proficiency in interpreting and understanding design and construction drawings.
• Extensive experience implementing project management governance, including scheduling, budgeting, change control, and risk management.
• Experience with "hands-on" management of field operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Power BI, Teams, Power Apps) and Bluebeam or equivalent PDF software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on accommodation and/or campus-style development projects.
• Experience using PMWeb.
