Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation and schedules
• Prepare construction budgets by studying plans and identifying costs
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability
• Obtain appropriate permits and finalize Schedule of Values for billing
• Develop, negotiate, and manage subcontracts and purchase orders
• Coordinate with field supervisors, assistant project managers, and superintendents
• Manage project safety, quality, and productivity
• Handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Review timesheets and approve weekly invoices

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management or a degree in Building Science, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR training
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and safety standards
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CCM certification
• Design/Build experience
