Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver key Automotive Trade Parts programs
• Achieve project KPIs through performance analysis, reporting, and improvement
• Establish governance processes and resolve operational issues
• Act as the primary client interface to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Develop business plans and build business cases to support strategic planning
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 members
• Drive the project team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Provide regular updates to the National Sales Company (NSC) and Global Delivery Lead

Requirements

• Chinese National
• Based in Beijing or willing to relocate
• High business proficiency in English
• 3-5 years of Trade Parts experience
• 5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience building business cases to demonstrate ROI
• High-level stakeholder management and client relations skills
• Ability to travel moderately
