Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for large-scale campaigns
• Track hours and budgets against SOW and internal tracking systems
• Map out project planning, including phases, deliverables, milestones, and resource needs
• Provide operational support through scheduling, meeting notes, and action item tracking
• Facilitate communication between Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and Executive Leadership
• Proactively identify and resolve project blind spots and roadblocks
• Work with cross-functional teams to estimate hours and monitor budget burn
• Audit and recommend processes to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative agency setting
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects (ideally $2M+)
• Background working with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, and production
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Experience with project management software such as Asana, Salesforce, or Harvest
• Extensive experience and fluency in social media and omni-channel campaign management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
