Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technological and business projects focused on enhancing customer experience and digital service platforms.
• Manage the development and implementation of CRM, contact center solutions, chatbots, and other digital customer engagement tools.
• Oversee full project lifecycles, including scheduling, resource allocation, cost planning, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and provide professional guidance to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with the portfolio manager to prioritize projects and support the overall project portfolio.
• Prepare management presentations, decision-support materials, ROI analyses, and impact studies.
• Monitor project progress through continuous tracking, status reporting, and executive summaries.
• Partner closely with business units, IT departments, and external vendors/suppliers.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Economics, Engineering, or IT preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience leading complex business or technological projects.
• Significant experience in implementing or developing customer service systems (CRM, contact centers, chatbots, or ticketing platforms).
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience communicating with senior leadership.
• Fluent and professional English language skills.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, MS Project, and M365.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other professional project management certifications.
• Experience leading Customer Experience (CX) or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of contact center operations or customer service process optimization.
• Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.
• Practical application of CX and UX principles.
