Senior Project Manager (MEP)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary mechanical engineering point of contact for client stakeholders
• Ensure mechanical system designs (HVAC, utilities, GMP systems) align with client standards, cost, and schedule
• Prepare Project Technical Requirements Specifications and review design deliverables
• Participate in procurement strategy and technical work package selection
• Identify value engineering opportunities and ensure EHS and GMP compliance
• Develop design for SHE critical systems including pressure vessels and fire suppression
• Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) for GMP systems
• Review and approve FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, and OQ protocols
• Provide technical support to Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environments
• Proven experience with GMP systems, HVAC, clean utilities, and black utilities
• Familiarity with SHE critical systems such as pressure vessels and fire suppression
• Experience preparing URS, FAT/SAT protocols, and supporting C&Q activities
• Proficiency in English for international communication
