Senior Project Manager - MEP

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets
• Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants
• Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip
• Run and lead client and other required meetings
• Identify the factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data
• Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget during design-build changes
• Advocate on the part of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders
• Oversee and manage the transfer of building operations to the client including close out documentation and warranties

Requirements

• Degree in electrical or civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of professional experience in relevant fields
• Strong MEP expertise and industrial construction experience
• Proven experience leading or co-managing complex large-scale projects and programmes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Proficient use of MS Office and spreadsheet tools
