Senior Project Manager (MEP)

Responsibilities

• Lead project strategy and delivery plans for MEP projects
• Manage teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
• Manage project finances, including revenue, costs, and cashflow to maximize profitability
• Oversee design management and procurement strategy alignment
• Foster an inclusive workplace focused on wellbeing and collaboration

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing construction MEP projects
• Sound commercial and contractual awareness
• Professional qualification or working towards membership in a body like CIOB or RICS
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• CSCS and SMSTS certifications
• Passion for health, safety, and wellbeing
• Interest in sustainable buildings and innovative construction methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to large-scale Defence or public sector projects
