Senior Project Manager - MEP (Data Centre)

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule
• Conduct quality checks and site inspections for MEP works
• Manage and track contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
• Prepare and submit regular reports including daily logs, weekly updates, and monthly progress
• Maintain and update the risk register and issue logs
• Coordinate closely with hotel operations to minimize disruption
• Facilitate contractor meetings and document minutes
• Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in site-based project management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data centers
• Strong understanding of MEP systems
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols
• Good command of English
