Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects and portfolios simultaneously
• Oversee Provider and Payer implementations including scope, cost, schedule, and resources
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate project risks
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress using established tools
• Manage relationships with internal and client stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Provide subject matter expertise and ensure adherence to phase-based processes
• Assist in portfolio governance and project charter reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, IT, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Required Healthcare IT experience (Payer or Provider side)
• Knowledge of software development and industry standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence stakeholders
• Self-driven with ability to work with minimal supervision
