Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of the Water Resources practice in Central Florida through market insight and client relationships
• Drive business development including proposal development, interviews, and contract negotiations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships
• Develop and negotiate scopes, fees, schedules, and contracts ensuring profitability and risk management
• Provide leadership for project execution to meet client, stakeholder, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee project financial performance, resource planning, budgets, and staffing
• Lead technical direction and quality control for water resources projects
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Water Resources and municipal consulting
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
• Proven ability to lead complex projects through planning and design
• Strong understanding of project financial performance and revenue forecasting
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships within the public sector
• Established relationships with municipalities and regulatory entities in Florida
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
