Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead site/civil design for data centers and other complex developments
• Direct all phases of design including site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and technical deliverables
• Build trusted client partnerships and identify new market opportunities
• Lead permitting efforts and coordinate with local agencies and municipalities
• Support proposal development and strategic growth initiatives
• Mentor and develop team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• EI required; PE or on track to obtain PE strongly preferred
• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience with a data center portfolio
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Expertise in stormwater management and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling
• Strong knowledge of local land use regulations and permitting processes
• Excellent client-facing communication and business development skills
• Willingness to travel to advance projects and practices
