Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct healthcare-focused civil engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and healthcare codes
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the firm’s healthcare market presence
• Partner with architects, healthcare administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver facilities
• Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and quality control
• Lead an engineering team to execute healthcare projects and foster professional growth
• Lead permitting efforts and work with local agencies for timely approvals
• Coordinate with internal disciplines, technical specialists, and subconsultants
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to environmental and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, or related field
• EI required; PE or on track to obtaining PE strongly preferred
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with exposure to healthcare or campus projects
• Proven track record managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
• Knowledge of healthcare facility design standards, site development, and stormwater management
• Experience with project delivery models such as design-bid-build, design-build, or CMAR
