Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead site/civil design for data centers and other complex developments including institutional, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Direct all phases of design including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities/infrastructure, and erosion & sediment control
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and deliverables such as feasibility studies and stormwater management plans
• Build trusted client partnerships and identify new opportunities within the hyperscale and colocation data center market
• Lead permitting efforts and work with local agencies to ensure compliance and timely approvals
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture

Requirements

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, or related field
• EI required; PE or on track to obtain PE strongly preferred
• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience with a strong data center portfolio
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Expertise in stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and SWPPP compliance
• Strong knowledge of local land use regulations, entitlement, and permitting processes
• Willingness to travel to advance projects and build practices
