Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in business development, client meetings, and proposal development
• Manage project scope, schedules, fees, budgets, and subconsultant activity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at the project and programmatic level
• Supervise project staff, managing technical work and career growth of direct reports
• Lead design tasks using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, Geopak, or OpenRoads
• Prepare and edit technical reports, specifications, and bid documents
• Redline plans and designs while maintaining accurate project documentation
• Mentor less experienced staff and participate in professional organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or landscape architecture
• 4-6 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent
• PE, RLA, or equivalent professional certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, Geopak, or OpenRoads
• Strong oral and written communication skills
