Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead site and civil design for data centers and other complex developments
• Direct all design phases including site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk, and technical deliverables
• Build client partnerships and identify new opportunities in the hyperscale and colocation markets
• Lead permitting efforts and coordinate with local agencies and municipalities
• Support proposal development and strategic growth initiatives
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a collaborative culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• EI required; PE or on track to obtain PE strongly preferred
• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience with a strong data center portfolio
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Expertise in stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and SWPPP compliance
• Strong knowledge of local land use regulations, entitlement, and permitting processes
• Willingness to travel to advance projects and build practices
