Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition and mobilization of new portfolio launches
• Manage the master portfolio plan, governance cadence, and RAID management
• Coordinate cross-vertical initiatives across Retail, Data Centers, and Corporate sectors
• Drive critical-path execution including staffing, recruiting, training, and equipment readiness
• Maintain portfolio-level change control and standardize operating processes
• Build executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
• Facilitate decision closure and manage escalation paths across functional teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management experience leading multi-site operational programs or transitions
• Proven success driving cross-functional execution and decision-making
• Expertise in project controls including integrated planning, dependency management, and risk management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel-based tracking and reporting
• Strong written and verbal executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
• Security industry exposure (ASIS or similar)
