Senior Project Manager, Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across the Creative Services team, overseeing workload, capacity, and priorities for Video, Graphic, and Illustration functions.
• Act as the primary liaison between Creative Services and internal Marketing teams (Product, Community, and Growth) to ensure deliverables align with goals.
• Coordinate with Studios to secure necessary game assets, including builds, screenshots, and video captures, to prevent production bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules using Asana.
• Manage external partners, including agencies, freelancers, and specialist contractors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements, including the application of AI tools to streamline production.
• Oversee project budgeting, resource allocation, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a creative project management role (in-house or agency).
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams.
• Proficiency in Asana or equivalent project management tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or KanBan.
• Demonstrated skills in budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and their application to creative workflows.
